Dr. PK Biju is a member of the Kottayam District Committee of the CPI(M). A former all India President of SFI, he was elected to the Lok Sabha in 2009 and 2014 from Alathur constituency. Biju has a PhD in Polymer Chemistry. He has participated in 326 debates and have asked 580 questions in the Lok Sabha. He is noted for raising many issues related to agriculture in Parliament.
